RESPONSIBILITIES (=) MAIN TASKS (+)
= The OIPOC Production and Marine Hubs Lead, being part of the central OIPOC/Asset Integrity department, acts as leading interface between Regional Operations and Digital teams. The primary objective is to enable the regional teams to get the optimal digital infrastructure, tools and implementation necessary to realize an effective onshore remote asset surveillance to improve offshore asset performance.
= Maintain and strengthen the OIPOC AI Production & Marine digitalization strategy roadmap aiming at improving the state and performance of the offshore assets through data centred efficient ways of working
= Lead the Production & Marine digitalization roadmap initiatives through (initiative) business process till approval
= Ensure adequate governance is available and developed to facilitate successful tool end user adoption and engagement
= Monitor overall Production & Marine tool performance and define improvement plans where required with relevant Product Owners
+ Project and Solution Delivery: Oversee the execution of projects and digital solutions required to fulfill the hub's vision and objectives.
+ Vision and Objective Definition: Collaborate with Marine and Production Strategy Managers to define the vision and objectives of the hub. Promote, communicate, and provide support for the realization of this vision.
+ Budget Planning: Contribute to the preparation of the 3-year plan budget related to the hub.
+ Ideation: Engage with shore bases to understand operational challenges impacting production and marine systems. Conduct interviews with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify pain points. Lead workshops for the categorization and prioritization of operational pain points. Lead the preparation of functional specifications to address the selected pain points from the workshops. Develop business cases for new digital developments and new technology testing and deployment. Liaise with other OIPOC hub leads for alignment and opportunity capture. Identify use cases for the application of new Artificial Intelligence techniques
+ Adoption: Monitor metrics and value generated by each of the deployed tools. Collaborate with OIPOC Regional Leads to enhance adoption and identify performance gaps in tool utilization. Create a community of ambassadors and users to ensure adaptation of the applications.
+ Development: Engage with stakeholders to stay informed about project progress and ensure the hub's roadmap remains up to date.
+ Value Creation: Follow up on the value created by different digital solutions available for shore bases. Provide support to value creation specialists in developing value creation plans for initiatives.
+ Roadmap: Create, maintain, and update the hub's Digital Roadmaps in collaboration with relevant Business Owners and Product Owners. Establish communication channels with OIPOC representatives across regions to identify pain points, share best practices, and stay informed about ongoing local developments. Report the roadmap to relevant stakeholders.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bsc and/or Msc degree Process Engineering, I&C Engineering or equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably exposed to operational (energy) processing environment.
- Preferred At least 2 years’ experience with Digital or software developments, preferably related to process data analytics; data science and/or Python programming skills are a pre
Specific skills / expertise / product:
- Familiar with production (data) related surveillance software (Aveva PI, Seeq), offshore DSC systems and also reporting systems like PowerBI
- User Experience with CMMS systems (e.g. IFS, SAP, Maximo, AMOS) and computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Projects.
- Familiar with FPSO production and marine operating systems
- Digital savviness
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, problem solving, planning and organizing with a passion for achieving results.
- Supervisory skills and strong commitment to team culture, good in stakeholder management
- Ability to travel internationally including offshore.
