SeraNovo is a formulation service company focused on improving oral bioavailability of poorly water soluble small molecules. SeraNovo's novel technology platform is built around a new class of liquids that are neither aqueous nor lipid and have negligible toxicity. By designing the liquid for the API, a high solubility and stability are achieved. Coupling the designed liquid with our second stage technology improves intestinal solubility and drug bioavailability. SeraNovo have formulated many compounds including paclitaxel, cyclosporine and ketoconazole.
