ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

This role offers a dynamic opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in project management support and business administration. You will have the chance to work on multiple projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of the team. If you are a proactive and eager learner with a passion for project management, we encourage you to apply. As a Graduate Project Management Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting various project activities across different workstreams. You will be responsible for assisting in project coordination, communication, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and gain valuable experience in project management and business administration.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Project Support: Assist in various project activities, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, preparing project documentation, and tracking progress.
  • Workstream Support: Collaborate with teams to support Improvement Plan, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Coordination: Coordinate activities between different project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • SharePoint Setup: Assist in setting up and maintaining SharePoint sites for project documentation and collaboration purposes.
  • PowerBI Assistance: Support in setting up PowerBI dashboards and reports, and eventually, gaining proficiency in PowerBI for data analysis.
  • Business Administration: Provide basic business administration support, including handling communications, managing tickets, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately.
  • Ticket System Management: Manage tickets in the system (e.g., JIRA, Azure), ensuring they are logged correctly and followed up on in a timely manner.
  • Learning and Development: Continuously learn and develop skills in project management tools and techniques, as well as business administration practices.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Basic understanding of business administration principles and practices.
  • Eagerness to learn and step into PowerBI and SharePoint setup tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Previous experience or internship in a similar role or industry is desirable.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Familiarity with ticket systems such as JIRA and Azure.
  • Basic knowledge of SharePoint setup and maintenance.
  • Exposure to website PowerBI and experience working on projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of software product development and delivery lifecycle
