We want to offer our customers the best possible customer journey, based on all the advantages that digital and e-commerce have to offer. We are not planning to replace our external channels, but we do believe we can raise the bar within Unilever. This is where you play an active role!

The most common work activities include;

• Running your own online store, with support from the Commercial Webshop Manager;

• Generating online sales and supporting the account manager in collaboration with e-commerce partners;

• Implementing content sourced from Global (80%) and after own creation (20%);

• Optimizing conversion and commercial results through growth-hacking and business development;

• Measurement and reporting of site performance (traffic, time spent, bounce, funnel analysis, etc.);

• Digitization of orders, web chat, web forms, etc.

What we ask;

• Availability from February/March 2023, for 5 to 6 months for a minimum of 32 hours per week;

• You are following a Bachelor (3rd or 4th year) or a Master;

• Knowledge of E-commerce is an advantage, for example by running your own webshop;

• You have an excellent command of the Dutch or English language.
