About The Job
We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our commercial team and play a key role in expanding our international network. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with port, steel, and infrastructure enterprises worldwide.
You will proactively generate new opportunities through outbound efforts across multiple channels – knocking on doors, calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and attending trade fairs. Collaborating closely with our commercial team, you will implement outreach strategies and have the opportunity to represent Villari across the globe.
You will be working alongside our Business Development Manager, who has extensive experience in solution-based selling, developing value propositions, and building a global customer base, providing you with valuable mentorship and the opportunity to manage your own deal flow. This position offers significant career progression, making it an ideal opportunity for someone eager to develop expertise in B2B sales and solution-based selling.

- Conduct outreach via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn to generate interest and set up meetings
- Proactively generate new leads through outbound efforts
- Collaborate with the commercial team on lead-generation activities among exhibitions
- Identify and connect with potential prospects on a global scale, including large engineering firms and respected local companies

What will you bring?
- Strong commercial drive and ambition to grow into a sales professional
- At least 2 years of experience in a commercial role is a pré
- Ideally, you have experience in B2B
- You like to work at the office to work with and learn from colleagues
- Affinity with technical products and / or technical industries
- Excellent communication in English (German, Spanish, French is a plus)
- You have an HBO / WO degree, or can demonstrate academic working and problem-solving abilities
- You live in The Netherlands and don't need a permit to work in The Netherlands
