We are looking for a self-driven, energetic, and motivated Junior Project Manager to join our team.

Mission:

Participate and collaborate in the Business Transformation projects within the organization.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify business needs and objectives
  • Lead workshops for requirements gathering through User Stories involving the different business areas
  • Understand and analyze current business flows in order to design a TO BE through performing process mapping and gap analysis to cover gaps, identify areas of improvement and enhance user experience
  • Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation, including specifications, reports, ppts and user manuals
  • Participate in the development and execution of business transformation project’s testing, ensuring quality and performance
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager ensuring compliance with timelines and successful delivery
  • Participate in EU alignment meetings and stand up for the requirement in the Spanish business
  • Participate in end-to-end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication, training and change management.


Experience and skills:

  • 1+ years of previous experience as project manager, business analyst or consultant
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to build consensus across multiple functional areas and to work independently, as well as cross-functionally within a matrix organization
  • Work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Quick learning ability
  • Ability to organize/prioritize work in and around team deadlines and workloads and conflicting priorities
  • Previous experience in a consulting/auditing firm will be a plus


Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite, with emphasis on PowerPoint & Excel
  • Salesforce, SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • English both writing and speaking fluent
