Job Description
A critical role of the */dxg Program Management Office (PMO) is leading change programs to continually evolve and improve */dxg as a top-tier software product design and delivery organization.
We are a relatively small team that drives large strategic initiatives, working with senior stakeholders across all of */dxg. Your expertise will be crucial in driving our change program.
Responsibilities
- Independently lead change programs, engaging cross-functional teams from across the organization.
- Develop strategic PMO project plans.
- Develop and refine project management related processes and tools.
- Ensure high-quality outcomes in project deliverables.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
- Collaborate with (senior) program managers that will own the change programs you are leading, in their */dxg technology groups.
- Communicate project updates and performance to stakeholders.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets and ensure value-based outcomes.
- Lead post-project evaluations to capture best practices and lessons learned.
- Independent Task Management: Proficient in managing specialized tasks independently.
- Process Improvement: Skilled in developing and refining project management processes.
- Quality Control: Ensures high-quality outcomes in projects.
- Documentation Management: Maintains comprehensive project records.
- Mitigation Strategies: Expertise in implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Mentorship: Capable of guiding and supporting junior team members.
- Strategic Communication: Effective in communicating with stakeholders.
- Budget Oversight: Skilled in managing project budgets efficiently.
- Solid “EQ”. Knowledge of change management approaches and techniques.
- Proven ability to engage and influence team members and stakeholders at all levels.
