Responsibilities
- Perform IT troubleshooting and resolve more complex issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Execute routine system maintenance, updates, and backups.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, providing insights for improvements.
- Support network configuration and maintenance.
- Assist with data analysis and report generation.
- Conduct intermediate testing of software applications.
- Maintain and update IT documentation.
- Provide Level 1 support for helpdesk inquiries.
- Assist with user training and onboarding for new technologies.
- IT Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve a broader range of technical issues.
- Hardware and Software Maintenance: Proficient in maintaining IT systems.
- System Monitoring: Skills in monitoring and analyzing system performance.
- Network Configuration: Understanding of network setup and troubleshooting.
- Data Analysis: Basic skills in analyzing data and generating reports.
- Documentation: Ability to maintain and update detailed IT documentation.
- User Support: Skills in providing first-level user support and training.
- Project Participation: Ability to assist in various technology projects.
- Language requirements: Fluent in English, both written and spoken; confident with Dutch is a strong plus for this particular role
